Back-Up Group Library with unlimited Storage

Hello

I wanted to ask a question regarding back-up of group libraries.
We are a team of about 15 people using Zotero for a research project.
Now we want to do a monthly back-up of the complete data on Dropbox.
With all the data and the PDF from the Zotero Group etc.

Unfortunately I can't find a suitable solution for this and wanted to ask how you deal with this.
Can anyone help me please?

Just make sure at least one group member's data folder is fully synced and backed up (though the data folder should not be placed in Dropbox directly!). I'd just recommend automated back-up to an external harddisk.

If you want to do this manually, you'd exist Zotero, and make a copy of the data folder and place it on Dropbox (or wherever you want for back-up).

Hi - we are running an online organisational account which will have many active groups. For back up, am I understanding correctly that in order for me to get a back up of all our groups, I would have to be a member of all the groups? (as our organisational account is not synced to a desktop)

You can piece together back-ups if all groups are synced by someone, but most efficient would indeed be one account synced with all groups.
