82406069 Addon button in tools tab not functional

Hello, please I will like to report my addon button under the tools tab isn't functional. I want to install zotfile to access my library and sync it with my tablet, but when I click on the Tools tab to access the addon button, nothing comes up. Please could you help me with this?
