How to set helper apps for opening attachment file types
How can I chose which app is used to open attachments for each file type? Images (jpg, png) are opened in ImageMagick, but I would like to open them in Gwenview or some other more comfortable programme.
This is on Kubuntu Linux, and the file associations are set correctly in the OS so that jpgs are normally opened in Gwenview.
Where can I set it in Zotero, or how can I tell Zotero to just use the file associations from Kubuntu?

(That's about PDFs, but the same things would apply to other file types.)
Ubuntu uses ~/.config/mimeapps.lst and I thought that has been the common standard for desktop environments. I've now created a symbolic link from mimeapps.list to defaults.list and now it works.
