In-text citation: how to insert author (year) automatically?

I am new to Zotero. Moving over from EndNote. I really prefer Zotero so far but there is a feature in EndNote that gives the option to automatically insert in-text citations in different formats such as (author year), author (year), etc.
The only way I found to replicate this in Zotero is to tick the "Supress Author" option and to type the author's name manually. It is a little tedious to look this up each time, particularly if there are multiple authors.
Note: I am using Deakin University - Harvard referencing style.
