query re message in tracked changes in comments column

I have a large academic document in which I've used Zotero for referencing.
In the tracked changes comments column a message has come up "unknown field code changed". it is throughout the document and I can't change it - have no idea where it's come from and need to get rid of it. Any ideas? its a bit urgent as I need to submit the document.

    Just click accept for all of those. You will usually need to click accept twice for each of those. Or you can ignore and then click accept all once at the end.

    thank you, so much. This works on individual entries and I am so grateful. I don't seem to be able to remove them all at once, but can d them individually. Is there a trick to this?
    The other thing is that I don't understand why I has happened and wonder if it will happen again. is there an explanation?
