Translator error for RSC Publishing

Hi there,

I'm having an issue with Zotero connector and the RSC (pubs.rsc.org, e.g. https://pubs.rsc.org/ko/content/articlehtml/2012/jm/c1jm13002a). I've updated Zotero to latest version (from 5.0.96 to 5.0.96.2) and the connector was already at 5.0.86.

It's working fine on other websites (AFAICT). The output is:
"Saving to

An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

The name of the translator is "RSC Publishing".

I'm running Windows 10 and have had no previous issues with RSC and Zotero (can't tell you when I last used it for that domain though).

  • Yes, I think this is a recent regression -- we'll take a look.
  • Sorry, my mistake. Fixed and pushed an update. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
