Upgrade StorageMicrosoft Word freezes when trying to use Zotero

When I try to use Zotero, it leads to Word freezing. I can no longer edit anything in Windows nor use Zotero, and have to "force quit" Microsoft Word.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Zotero.
2. Open a Microsoft Word document.
3. Click on “Zotero Insert Citation".
Microsoft Word appears frozen and nothing further can be done until I "force quit" and restart Word.

dstillmanIf this is really Yosemite, you'll need to upgrade to at least El Capitan (10.11), which is the minimum version we support. You don't say what version of Word you're using, but the primary button has said "Add/Edit Citation" for years, so you may also be on a very old version of the Word plugin.
