library not syncing

I use zotero across two devices (MacBook Air and iMac). This week it stopped syncing on the Air. The spinning arrow has been going consistently without end and my library on the zotero site has not updated since I've added new resources on the Air.

I have plenty of storage available. The only thing I've changed recently is the email I use to log in to zotero - could this be causing the issue? I've also been unable to get my zotero for word plug in to work since updating to Catalina.

  • Restart Zotero on that computer and try again, and if you're still having trouble provide a Debug ID for a Zotero restart through a few minutes of syncing, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
