Zotero and Word - no connection (mac)

Hello Zotero community,

Word already added Zotero to the sidebar. But if I want to add a citation this happens: "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
Also I cannot connect Zotero to Word in the app.

Could you help me with this?
