Upgrade StorageStyle Request: European Parliamentary Research Service

I am hoping I can get some help please to develop a Style in Zotero based on the European Parliamentary Research Service style guide, latest found at https://www.europarl.europa.eu/contracts-and-grants/files/list-of-notices/multiannual-calls/d-16-09-2019/en-annex-vi-eprs-style-guide.pdf.
This is for footnote and endnote, full and not shortened, styles primarily but if possible to have an in text citation version as well that would be fantastic.
It's important to include the following as record types in here too please: case law, legislation, parliamentary debate, parliament report, news article, webpage, blog, journal paper, government report, book, personal communication, database. Based on UK (not US) English. All dates in format eg 21 June 2021. DOI and URL to be included in full.
