Not syncing after upgrading storage

Hi,

I've reached the limit and I have upgraded my storage, but it still doesn't sync. Any ideas?

  • You don't appear to be syncing with the account you're posting from.

    You can check the account you're syncing from by looking in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences. Email storage@zotero.org to request a transfer of your storage subscription to the other account.
