Add/ Edit Bibliography button doesn't work on Word

Hello, my Zotero was working fine, but since yesterday impossible to add any bibliography items in my Word. This is my a Debug ID D1671564947. Could someone help me?

    Restart Zotero and Word and try again. If you're still having trouble, restart your computer and provide a Debug ID for the first time clicking Add/Edit Citation in a new document.
