Storage Not Updating

Yesterday I identified a PDF taking up around 130 MB of storage as I had reached the limit of my subscription and the file was ridiculously large and the space could be used for other PDFs. I deleted it in my web library. I just logged in today and my storage did not update and I am still showing as at my limit. The PDF is also still showing as deleted. How can I get my storage to update?
