Upgrade StorageUnable to use the Zotero extension on Microsoft Word
Dear all,
Since I started using this new computer, I can't seem to be able to use Zotero in Word. The extension is well activated and updated, but the Zotero tab does not appear on my Word document whenever I create one, even when Zotero is opened in another window.
The only way I managed to synchronize my references into Word is by opening the Zotero Word Extension directely in the Zotero programme files from my computer. I've used two computers in the past that worked perfectly with Zotero.
Do you know what else I could try?

Do not open the .dotm file directly. That's not how you use it.
