Zotero can't appear changes immediately when add tags on Windows version

On the Zotero client of the Windows version, after adding a tag to an item, it cannot be displayed in the tag bar immediately. Need to click another folder or wait for 25s, the new tab will appear in the tag bar.

    Can you take a couple screenshots that show what you're describing, upload them somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here, along with a Debug ID for the operation you're describing?

    Unless you have an exceptionally large library, adding a new tag to an item should make it immediately appear in the tag selector in the bottom left.
