插入文献时出现整合错误

问题描述：在word中插入文献时，提示zotero整合错误，zotero在更新文档时出错。word和zotero均使用管理员权限，仍然不能插入文献。
版本号：word版本为MS专业增强版2016，zotero为最新版

    Security software or permissions on your computer seems to be preventing Zotero from updating the Word plugin. Ideally you would fix that so you could install the plugin via the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences without error, but if not, you can follow the manual installation instructions to install the latest version into Word.
