Citing data dashboards

What's the best way to cite a continuously updating data dashboard such as: https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/deaths . Leave without publication date (n.d.), or with date on which you accessed the data? Obviously, figures will have changed by the time someone reads figures cited in your publication, so wondering if there's some 'industry standard' way of handling this. Thanks

I'd treat data dashboards like webpages, i.e. either cite with an accessed date or the date last updated, yes.
There's no clear standard for the dashboard, but I'd distinguish them from the raw data, for which separate citation norms to exist.
