Not saving to Web Library

Whenever I try to save items to my Web Library for a group project, Zotero saves items to my personal library in the Microsoft app. The Web Library is also not available when I try to cite in our shared document, but goes to my personal 'offline' library. How do I change this to save automatically to the web libary and to be able to cite from it?

    To save to a group library, you need to have the Zotero app open on your computer. It's not currently possible to choose a group library as a target when saving direct to the online library.
