No se conecta zotero con el servidor, por lo tanto no carga la biblioteca de citas y artículos guardados. Ademas comento que tengo instalado Norton 360 y es un Macbook Air, Gracias

    There is not a generic problem, it's something on your system, very much likely the Norton security software, so you'll have to start troubleshooting by disabling that.
