1 device out of 3 is incompletely syncing a folder

I hope this is the right way to post this!

I have an issue where my Mac uploads all files correctly, and downloads most of it correctly, but one particular folder refuses to download despite it existing on Zotero.org and my two other devices.

A sync error has also showed up since I did Reset Sync History: "Group with libraryID 1 does not exist".

My Debug ID is D1473657193.

Please help.
  • We'll investigate the cause of this, but if you unlink your account from the Sync pane of the preferences (without erasing data) and set up syncing again, this should be fixed.
