Upgrade Storageerror while using connector on Edge browser

zotero connector doesn't work correctly since I move back to China. I can cite documents that already exists, but I couldn't capture new webpage or file using connector. I use win10 and the browser is edge. I have already pressed 'update'in setting but nothing gets better.
