Can you open a citation's PDF at the designated location by clicking on the quotation in Word?

When going through my literature notes in Word, it would be very handy if I could simply click on (Smith, 2018, p. 55) and Zotero would take me to the PDF. Is this a thing?

    No, but if you add annotations or citations to notes using the new PDF reader and note editor in the Zotero beta, you can get back to the PDF page that way, and you can later insert those notes into Word with active Zotero citations.
