Upgrade StorageCMS 17 citations incorrect
Hello,
I am on Zotero 5.0.96.2. I have an issue with how the CMS 17 full notes are rendering when I drag and drop citations from Zotero into MS Word.
As per another forum discussion, I have set the style in document preferences to CMS 17 in Word, but I am repeatedly getting an incorrect citation format. I currently get citations in this format.
Hall, Matthew. 2011. Plants as Persons: A Philosophical Botany. Albany: State University of New York Press.
rather than,
Matthew Hall, Plants as Persons: A Philosophical Botany (Albany: State University of New York Press, 2011).
Any ideas, much appreciated.

a) You have Chicago (auhtor-date) selected -- note that the relevant style is set under "Export" --> "Default output format" and
b) You're just dragging, which will give you bibliography entries, not citations. For citations, use shift+drag.
Generally speaking, I'd very much recommend using the Word add-on rather than drag&drop as it also handles things like ibid, shortened subsequent citations, switching citation styles, etc.
