Zotero does not correctly render (or extract?) subscipt formatting in article titles
The problem should be obvious in these pictures:

https://ibb.co/SXXbBtW
If zotero does not want to deal with subscript formatting, it could replace such tags in titles with the Unicode subscript characters: ₀₁₂₃₄₅₆₇₈₉

From the URL above when I use the import-to-Zotero browser button I get the title without any subscripts.
"Degradation of three oxygenated alkoxy radicals of atmospheric interest: HOCH2O˙, CH3OCH2O˙, CH3OCH2OCH2O˙. RRKM theoretical study of the β-C–H bond scission and the 1,6-isomerisation kinetics"
From the DOI placed into the magic wand

I get what you report:
Degradation of three oxygenated alkoxy radicals of atmospheric interest: HOCH 2 O˙, CH 3 OCH 2 O˙, CH 3 OCH 2 OCH 2 O˙. RRKM theoretical study of the β-C–H bond scission and the 1,6-isomerisation kinetics
Note that behavior of Unicode subscript characters is inconsistent and should generally not be used in situations where markup subscript is the intended formatting. In most typefaces, these numerals are intended to be used as numerator/denominator numerals for fractions, not sub/superscripts.
