I can not find the update in the TestFlight

I received the mail reminding me that there is an update about the Zotero.

but I the TestFlight is empty, and the page told me that I need to ask for the tester code.
Do I need to ask for the test code whenever I need an update?

  • You mean I have to sign into the same ID as Appleid?
  • I have changed my iPad apple store id to the same as Zotero, but still, nothing shows up in TestFligth.
  • No, I mean what email address was the TestFlight email you received sent to? That’s the Apple ID you have to be signed into on your device with TestFlight
  • I have tried to same ID (testfilght send me to) to login the iPad and redownload the TestFlight, but there's a blank page as before.
