Ao tentar referenciar no word por meio do zotero aparece a seguinte mensagem: Zotero could not load the component necessary to communicate with your word processor. Go to Tools → Add-ons → Extensions in Zotero and make sure that the extension for your word processor is enabled.

Já tentei corrigir, mas o problema persiste

    The Word plugin is disabled in your Zotero installation. Go to Tools → Add-ons and enable it.

    You should also upgrade to the latest version of Zotero.
