Bug: Openoffice plugin shows error message If canceling replace citation

In OO writer, if the cursor is on a zotero citation, and I click on "insert citation", I get a dialog asking if I want to replace the citation. If I choose cancel, Zotero gives me an error message: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document".
