Citations bug in Word for MAC

Hi! I use a French style of APA style 7th edition but for an unknown reason, all my citations instead of being : (last name, year)... are (full name, year)... Perhaps, when I look in Zotero in the version I used, I see that it's (last name, year)... It's only in the integration in Word that change it. I haven't this problem for my last work... Someone can help me?

@dstillman Thanks! I just check in my library and the author in question have all the same name in my library... Any other idea?
