Upgrade Storagerdf/owl tagging of documents
I think it would be great if a user was able to edit the files they have downloaded. Specifically, I would like to be able to specify one or more owl ontologies that I want to work with, then be able to tag text as concepts from any of the ontologies. Then if I could create property relationships between these tagged concepts, that would be really be useful. I realize that on certain file formats, like pdf, this will not be as easy as say html or plain text, but if we started there it would be a huge step.
