American Psychological Association Style Citations Intermintently displaying author first initial

I haven't been able to figure out exactly why this seems to work sometimes and not other times. This style should only last names in the citations and it seems to do this correctly sometimes but not every time. I've updated my zotero recently and updated my plugin today to see if it was the problem. Besides hand-editing the citations when they contain the initials I haven't been able to find a solution.
