    APA frequently breaks their site in an effort to try to stop unauthorized downloading. The volunteers who manage Zotero's site translators can look at this, but the last time it was broken, it took some time to fix. In the mean time, you can import by copying the DOI and using the magic wand tool in Zotero. In my experience, given the poor design of PsycNET, this is usally a faster and more reliable experience anyway.
