Issue with adding new members to our private library

Hi
I have just invited two new team members to our library, but once creating their accounts they cannot access it - they are logged in Zotero.org/groups/ourlibrarynumber/join but when trying to access our library they get
Error > Sever Error> something went wrong with your request
I am not doing anything different to what I have done before (I am the 'owner') so should be able to invite new members to join our library.

There are 2 pending invitations for your group from today that have not yet been accepted. The users need to accept the invitations to join the group before they can view it.

They can do this using the link they were emailed, or if they are logged in to an existing Zotero account that was invited they can join from the groups page (https://www.zotero.org/groups)

Thank your your speedy reply - I can confirm this is a user error!
Next time I will be more explicit with my instructions with new members...they must follow the link in the invite!
