@AnnWul -- did you install the JDK? Definitely won't work without it.
Thank you both for your kind comments. I got this Report ID and didn't really know what to do with it. It said I should post it in the forum. Now I understand that it was premature. Posting wasn't necessary after we found out that I need to install JDK.
I haven't installed it yet and won't be able to do it until next week-end.
