Lost library after MacOS field update
A collaborator launched an update for her Mac but the update failed. Once she returned to Zotero her library was empty and apparently her zotero was not linked to her online account.
We are wondering if she could retrieve her lost library. What information would help to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

A back-up of her hard disk would very likely contain a copy of the Zotero database. Without it, changes for getting the Zotero data of a non-synced account restored are slim, I'm afraid.
