Report Error

1277679909 is the report ID.

I was trying to import my mendeley library using the beta version of Zotero for Mac. All I did was log in successfully to both services and start the import, which appeared to be working.

    We'll have a fix for the 401 errors (which happen if the import takes longer than ~8.5 minutes) later today.

    @ckadleck: Please update to the latest beta via Help → Check for Updates and try again, and let us know how it goes.
  • I'm sorry for creating another thread. The instructions in the software specifically say to post in the forum or expect that nothing will happen as a result of an error. If you have specific titles you would like users to use, it might be helpful to share those instead of expecting us to know what you want.

    I mean, it's a forum — you can look at all the other threads and see that they use descriptive titles, and it's common sense that a more descriptive title will help keep things organized, just like an email subject.

    In any case, the point is that I already responded to you here — you would've received an email notification about that — and this is where you should respond for all further discussion of this issue.

    Did you upgrade? The Report ID you posted to the other thread was still from an older beta, not the one I mention above. If it's still not working in the latest beta, we'd want a Report ID from the newest version.
