conflict desktop- laptop ID : 446460652

I installed zotero in both my desktop and my laptop , in both my linked attachment base directory is in a file on OneDrive , I'm using webdav (4shared) to sync attachment file in My Library ,
my desktop is running OK but laptop when I click the linked attachment I got the message in the ID.
What's the problem ?

    Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to sync on the laptop?

    Thanks Boss , I just omit webdav and replace with zotero storage ( I purchase 2 GB ;-)
    everything is almost OK
