Zotero meet an error during the update of a word document

Hi, I have a problem since last week. When I try to add a bibliography on a word document, I have an error message that say Zotero have meet an error during the update of the document. I have tried all of the troubleshooting instructions proposed (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents) but the problem persists. How can I fix it ?
My word is the version 16.48 and thus of Zotero is the 5.0.97-beta.22+12b100fd4

    You'll need to follow the steps on that page through to the end. You haven't done so.

    We will need a Report ID, your operating system and word processor versions, the steps you have attempted to fix the error and the excerpt you have produced at step 10.
