Upgrade StorageWord 2011 Plugin Mac - Error in Zotero Settings

Unfortunately, I still cannot see my Zotero link in my Word documents. When I click on "Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-in" in the Zotero settings, I get the massage "installation completed successfully".
But after that I get the following error message: "zotero terminated unexpectedly" (within seconds)...
So far I've already reinstalled everything, it still doesn't work. Is the Word program too old (2011)?
