Endnote not importing all data

I am having a problem importing references from my university's databases. Although the database is exporting data on the edited book from which comes a particular chapter that I am referencing, the data on the book does not appear in the endnote reference--those fields are blank. The database I am mostly using is PsychInfo Silverplatter Ovid. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Can you please clarify your post?
    • Link to an example record
    • say what gets imported into Zotero (it sounds like everything does)
    • clarify how you're exporting to Endnote (presumably Endnote/Refer/Bibix export?)
    • paste an example of the exported file format
    • describe what is lacking when you import it into Endnote
    I will note that the data model of Zotero and Endnote are different (and I am of the opinion that Zotero has the better/richer model). I don't think citation metadata will ever be able to do a perfect roundtrip between the two (particularly when (legacy) flat file formats are in the mix). With that word of caution, a more precise "bug report" might help improve the Zotero export filters.
