Upgrade StorageNach xxx et al. (2019) zitieren - nur manuell möglich? und: selber Autor & Jahr/ wie 2020a/b

ich würde gerne wissen, ob es eine Funktion gibt, Zitate von (xxx et. al., 2019) zu: laut xxx et al. (2019) umzuformatieren, sodass die Verlinkung bestehen bleibt.
Außerdem habe ich ein Problem, ich habe mehrfach denselben Autor mit derselben Jahreszahl, normalerweise soll das ja zB nach 2020a/b/c sortiert werden, bei mir werden jedoch alle mit Autor 2020 zitiert. Wie kann ich das umstellen?
