How to make web Bibliogarphy include the retrieved date？

Hey guys,

Now I am using the 7th APA, the bio is following,

Xin, S. (2009). 1st NEV catalogue only chose domestic new energy vehicles. http://auto.ifeng.com/topic/xny/news/domesticindustry/20090818/84846.shtml

My question is: How to make a web bio include the retrieved date as below?

Xin, S. (2009). 1st NEV catalogue only chose domestic new energy vehicles.
"Retrieve date 21 June 2020, from" http://auto.ifeng.com/topic/xny/news/domesticindustry/20090818/84846.shtml

    For a news website the retrieval date is not included in APA 7.

    See Section 9.16 of the APA 7 Manual for a full explanation, Chapter 10 Example 110 gives examples of how to reference news websites.

    The APA manual generally does not require a retrieval date. The exception is if the webpage doesn’t have a clear publication date and is updated frequently. The Zotero style will show the retrieval date if there is no publication date in your item data, but this webpage has a clear publication date, so the manual would say to not give a retrieval date
