Zotero disabled in word, word enabled in Zotero?

The Zotero tab disappeared from my Microsoft Word. In the add-ins, Zotero appears disabled. When going through Zotero, word is enabled. I've been trying to troubleshoot, restarted everything, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
