Upgrade StorageProblem with SpringerLink webpages
I'm using Zotero 2.0b7.1 and it's working fine for most sites. However, with the URL below:

I've got an odd problem. When I click on the icon in the URL bar, it says it's creating a new entry but after many minutes it never does. Furthermore, I get an empty status box in the bottom right corner, rather than one which says "Saving this file", it's just blank.
Any suggestions? Apologies if this has been covered, I looked at all the basic resources suggested before I posted a request.

It's still unable to save the link. I also discovered a few previous posts on this subject, I apologize for opening a new thread (I should have checked more thoroughly). Should I close this and move the discussion over to one of those threads?
