Style Error: Experimental Biology and Medicine

The current style truncates the author list with "et al." after the first 3 authors. Their style requires all authors to be listed. I just had a paper returned from this journal with a request for that specific change; to list all authors.

It seems the problem is that it is just linked to the Sage-Vancouver style, which includes this line:
bibliography et-al-min="4" et-al-use-first="3" second-field-align="flush"

As a temporary work-around, I just set et-al-min="100" but that's probably pretty sloppy.

I just made a custom style.
If you want you can keep using the EBM style and once you see this PR swapped from Open to Merged the style will automatically update.

I updated my local copy with your new custom style and refreshed my bibliography. The journal citations look like they're working perfectly (I can't comment on other source-types since I don't have books, etc referenced). Thank you!
