"no sources in this document"

Hi,
I had many sources in a bibliography (word) and at some point it said that there are no sources in my document?
Even if I put new sources in my document the bibliography won't update.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure what error message you're referring to — always provide the exact, untranslated message you're receiving when posting here — but see Existing Citations Not Detected.

Hi,
thanks, but this thread didn't help with my problem.
It says "Im aktuellen Dokument sind keine Quellen vorhanden".
The citations are there and they are also grey if I click on them. If I want to add new citations it also works, only the bibliography says that there are no sources.
I always used the same word version.

@neleyx: That doesn't appear to be a message from Zotero.

Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?

@neleyx: It looks like that may be a message from the Word bibliography manager. Are you actually asking a question about Zotero? If so, you're using the wrong function in Word. You insert a Zotero bibliography from the Add/Edit Bibliography button in the Zotero tab.
