How to use Complete author names in the reference list

I am submitting a paper to one of the Sage Journals which demands full author names in the reference list ( Last name,First name ( not the initial)). I have added Sage Harvard style but I am unable to instruct it to use full first name instead of initials. Please help.

Which journal?

It's Theory, culture and society. It uses 'Sage Harvard'
but differs in author names in the reference list. You can find reference list instructions here.

I've made an independent custom style for TCS. This way all authors for the journal can use the style.

We already had a style for TCS on the repository....
Since 2018.

Is there a version of that .csl file posted on april 15, but with a comma between the first and last name?
