Addition of Zotero extension to LibreOffice

When I try to add Zotero extension to LibreOffice I get the following error message:

C:\Users\Folke\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\lu26jhg7.tmp_\Zotero_OpenOffice_Integration.oxt does not exist.

I have succeeded to find the folder uno_packages in my user profile (Windows 10) and it is correct that the lu26jhg.tmp...file is missing.

But have can I add it?

Could you step back and say how you're exactly adding the extension? Also, which version of LO?

I followed the Zotero procedure https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation to the LO version 7.1.1.2 (x64)

This is a LibreOffice problem. You likely just need to delete the LO user directory.
