zotero adds a reference does not exist on paper

Hi. My list of references has one reference that does not exist. Zotero includes as "number 3", even I do not use the author on paper. I have deleted all references and started once again, and the Number 3 is there. on the list. On paper, it jumps from 2 to 4, and if I insert a new reference, there will always be a gap of the same one. It has been removed from Bibliography and lists, and Zotero was synchronized after that. If someone can help me, I would be grateful. Thanks.

There's likely just a partially deleted citation in your document. It should help to toggle field codes and look for the citation, and then be sure to delete it fully.
