Style Error Ageing and Society

Hi, I have a problem with the style ageing & society. Where a reference in the in text citation has 3 authors, all three should be cited and it doesn't currently do this. This is the convention cited in the author guidelines:
"For references with one to three authors, all authors should be named (Black, Green and Brown 2003)"
I'd be really grateful if someone could help with this. Thank you in advance!!

Have you tried? Haha
Open up Zotero and click on the link. It should be recognised to install.
If not, right click, save as, install via double click.
