    What do you mean by "crashes"?

    when click 'save to zotero', zotero immediately closed

    Do you get a crash log? Can you send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    If you disable all your third-party extensions, does this still happen?

    yeah, I have located the problem plugin: DOI Manager(1.4.1).

    If Zotero is closing, a Debug ID wouldn't show anything. A crash log would be from macOS, not Zotero, though real-time debug output for the crash emailed to support@zotero.org would be useful.

    Does the problem come back if you re-enable DOI Manager?
